Application process

The aim of our application procedure is to ensure a reliable basis for decisions for you and for us. To us it is important to provide you with the highest possible transparency regarding our company for you to base your career decision on solid information.

After receiving your application documents, we will conduct a thorough review procedure. In case of a positive review, we will invite you to participate in a telephone interview. Usually, the date of the telephone interview will be agreed within three weeks after the receipt of your application.

In case both you and CARNEADES decide to proceed with your application, a personal interview at our office in Hamburg will follow.

Should the conversations encourage both sides to seek cooperation, a second interview will be conducted in order to discuss further details of the position as well as the CARNEADES ͛ operational principles.

In the event of a positive application process, the CARNEADES management will make you an offer for employment.

To ensure a smooth and motivating start you will receive structured training during your first months at CARNEADES. The training will be offered to you by experienced colleagues, who are currently deployed in ongoing projects.

Remuneration System

The remuneration system is designed to be attractive to employees – while ensuring the company͛s financial stability.

We make sure that our pay system provides a foundation for a fair remuneration. All employees will receive a remuneration package that matches their profile and experience. The remuneration package consists of a base salary and a variable salary portion. The base salary will reflect the experience and skills of the individual employee. The variable salary portion is linked to tangible and agreed targets and is directly linked to your performance over the year.
