The aim of our application process is to achieve a reliable basis for decision-making for you and for us. It is important to us that you can rely on a high level of transparency from our company when initiating an important career move.<\/p>\n

After receiving your complete application documents, we will check whether our requirements have been fundamentally fulfilled. If the assessment is positive, we will invite you to a half-hour telephone interview. We usually arrange the telephone interview within three weeks of receiving your application.<\/p>\n

If you and we decide to continue the application process, we will meet in person. We schedule one hour for the interview, which takes place at our offices in Hamburg.<\/p>\n

If this interview encourages both parties to work together, we will conduct a second interview to discuss further details about the vacancy and how we work.<\/p>\n

Our management will then decide on the offer, which will be sent to you in the event of a positive decision.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\nWe want our remuneration system to provide a foundation for fair pay. All employees should see their profile appropriately recognised – colleagues with slightly less professional experience as well as those with very long professional experience, colleagues who have been with the company for many years as well as those with a short history with us. The salary is made up of a fixed monthly salary and a variable component. The fixed salary reflects the employee’s experience and expertise; a high fixed salary goes hand in hand with increased demands on performance and the contribution that the employee makes to customer projects and the successful further development of CARNEADES.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
