Application process

The aim of our application process is to achieve a reliable basis for decision-making for you and for us. It is important to us that you can rely on a high level of transparency from our company when initiating an important career move.

After receiving your complete application documents, we will check whether our requirements have been fundamentally fulfilled. If the assessment is positive, we will invite you to a half-hour telephone interview. We usually arrange the telephone interview within three weeks of receiving your application.

If you and we decide to continue the application process, we will meet in person. We schedule one hour for the interview, which takes place at our offices in Hamburg.

If this interview encourages both parties to work together, we will conduct a second interview to discuss further details about the vacancy and how we work.

Our management will then decide on the offer, which will be sent to you in the event of a positive decision.

The basic structure of our remuneration model is designed to support CARNEADES’ vision, mission and value system. The remuneration system should be attractive for employees – while at the same time guaranteeing the financial stability of the company.
We want our remuneration system to provide a foundation for fair pay. All employees should see their profile appropriately recognised – colleagues with slightly less professional experience as well as those with very long professional experience, colleagues who have been with the company for many years as well as those with a short history with us. The salary is made up of a fixed monthly salary and a variable component. The fixed salary reflects the employee’s experience and expertise; a high fixed salary goes hand in hand with increased demands on performance and the contribution that the employee makes to customer projects and the successful further development of CARNEADES.
