Training Philosophy

We train the industry. For more than 10 years we have been conducting training courses, seminars and workshops In-house. Our workshops are characterised above all by the synergy of theory and practice and are led by internationally experienced experts. We offer you a wide range of training courses, specially adapted to the needs of on- and offshore wind energy and its grid connection. Specifically, you can expect a programme focused on the topic of contract and claim management for all project phases – from development to execution and operation. Our extensive experience in standard contracts for offshore wind projects is supported by a large number of verifiable practical successes and is mapped by us. Thanks to various practical examples, your contractual skills will be improved and you will be able to anticipate potential risk areas.

We use the experience and know-how gained from numerous onshore and offshore industrial projects to ensure customer satisfaction. Relevant cases are reviewed and analysed, while German construction law, the contractual framework and legal aspects of the individual case are taken into account.

You can expect a detailed transfer of knowledge on relevant and current topics of the respective seminar focus. The extensive experience of our speakers in their specialised field of knowledge ensures that you have access to current contract practices and proven methods of commercial project management. Related topics offer a look beyond the end of one’s nose and expand the horizon with valuable content from the area of ‘soft skills’.

Building on this, we offer you an intensive examination of the main topics mentioned. In some events, a topic is also examined from two different sides, e.g. from the perspective of contract management and
project management. In some cases, these perspectives are also presented by two speakers in the seminar to give the participants an even more intensive introduction to the respective subject area. It is not uncommon for a group of participants to come together at the end of our seminars who have established new business relationships through their intensive collaboration.
